About PMP
PMP certifies that you can lead projects using predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. It is valued because it is hard to fake: PMI checks your project experience before you can sit the exam, and the exam itself tests judgement in real situations rather than memorised definitions.
Who it is for
Project managers, delivery leads, scrum masters moving up, engineers who want to lead.
